TRE® is an effective and simple set of exercises that releases stress stored in the body through shaking the neurological-linked muscles. It's founder, Dr. David Berceli specializes in trauma intervention and recovery and resiliency training.


TRE® is a safe, relaxing and low-impact movement activity that calms the nervous system adequately for individuals who exhibit post-traumatic stress symptoms, anxiety, mood disorder, and helps to improve impulse control through harnessing mindfulness and present moment awareness. TRE® is also useful for people leading busy lifestyle and for those looking for ways to unwind and restore balance and clarity of the mind in a fun and easy way!

Am I suitable to do TRE?

If you are not pregnant, did not have recent surgeries, are generally fit and healthy and have an open mindset to try out something new, TRE® is for you! It is suitable for all age groups and participants with medical conditions can contact the facilitator to discuss how the exercises can be modified. Safety is the topmost concern for TRE® practitioners.
