In addition to this, my modern, eclectic, evidence-based approach to hypnotherapy is profoundly client-centered and allows a powerful array of protocols to ensure that therapeutic choices in a session match the needs of the client’s subconscious mind. In this regard I am inspired by founder of Transforming Therapy, Gil Boyne, whose goal was leading his clients to realizing what he called the “beautiful truth about themselves”.
As a Supervised Counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I use Ego-States Therapy to bring this process of awareness and alignment to your ‘inner team’, many of whom live and influence you from a subconscious level, and it’s these that the process gives voice to. EMDR and Solutions-Focused Therapy bridge the gap back towards the cognitive approaches for Coaching and Leadership Development.
Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis since 2014 and the International Coaching Federation since 2018. Practicing and instructing in traditional Japanese and Chinese martial arts, for personal development, since 1992.
