Counseling Perspective
I’ve had an incredibly positive experience with my counselor, Wendy. I can’t recommend her enough. I have always avoided counseling, but after working with Wendy, I wish I had started sooner! From the very beginning, she created a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable opening up about my challenges. Her listening skills are exceptional, and she provides insightful guidance that has truly helped me understand myself better. Wendy’s empathy, professionalism, and tools/strategies have brought me so much awareness to manage my mental health. Overall, I feel supported, heard, and empowered after every session. Highly, highly recommend Wendy.

I’ve worked with several counsellors over the years but not seen progress and had given up on the process. Wendy’s unique blend of counselling and coaching and ability to adapt to my needs have engaged and motivated me and I can honestly say she has changed my life.
