Counsellor and psychotherapist
Lili holds a Masters in Integrative Counselling from Leeds Beckett University (UK) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. She’s known for her warm, accepting, validating and non-judgemental style and works hard to understand the world of each client she sees. Guided by the client, she will tailor each session to the individual set of requirements, drawing on elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic, DBT and Schema therapy to help bring about comfort, healing and positive change.
As a mother of two children, Lili also has a special interest in caring for clients who have suffered attachment and childhood traumas. She is trauma-informed and culturally competent and enjoys supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, phobia, trauma, pre/postnatal anxiety, corporate stress, major life transitions and sexual identity challenges (LGBTQIA+ affirming).
She has clinical experience working with adults, teenagers and couples to:
· Overcome self-sabotaging behaviours.
· Heal from childhood-based trauma (C-PTSD) and shame issues.
· Work on improving self-identity and belonging.
· Increase awareness and regulation of emotions.

· Overcome cultural identity confusion and challenges.
· Adopt effective parenting techniques.
Born and raised in the UK to parents from Hong Kong, she relocated to Singapore with her family 4 years ago and, being British Chinese, she is highly attuned to the experience of people who feel different – particularly around cultural identity confusion and third culture identity challenges. Lili offers counselling in English, both in person and online.
