Kayleigh graduated with a BEd Honours Degree in Educational Psychology in 2018. She has worked in the Educational Industry for the past 7 years, working with children, adolescents and families through a systematic lens.


Currently, Kayleigh is completing her master’s degree in Counselling at the Australian University (Monash). She is trained in CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy and has experience in Sand Tray Therapy.


Working with children and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds, Kayleigh appreciates and guides clients in a non-judgemental and personalised way, tailored to their specific needs. She is passionate about creating a safe space and making a positive difference in people’s lives. She believes that by providing support and the necessary tools, empowers clients to experience personal growth during challenging times.


Kayleigh’s goal as a counsellor is to establish a professional and supportive relationship with her clients, guiding them to acquire the necessary coping skills, strengthening their self-esteem, and promoting optimal mental health and wellbeing. 

 

You may choose face-to-face or online counselling. Kayleigh offers therapy in English.
