Discover the origins of your Personal Mythology!

Take a pause..as seasons change, to reflect on the origins of your personal journey, while getting in touch with a deeper wisdom that can reorient your pathway forward.

We will have each participant exploring the origins of their personal mythology and refashioning it into a more effective, fulfilling, and inspiring resource for inner guidance. These myths, which emerge out of our primordial need for meaning, purpose, guidance, and connection, have powerful ways of becoming an active narrative that moves us in directions we may not be aware of.

This workshop for personal development and transformation is designed for anyone hoping to take an active role in designing their future pathways, professionals hoping to create personal growth or couples hoping to evolve in their dynamic.

Psychologist, Dr. Glenn Graves will facilitate this journey, which incorporates guided imagery, narrative writing, dreamwork and a holistic 5-stage model outlined in the book Mythic Path, by eminent psychologists, Dr. David Feinstein and Dr. Stanley Krippner.

Each participant will:

  • Discover current functional as well as dysfunctional area of your personal mythology, which may be outdated and problematic.
  • Demystify and transcend the faulty myth, in the process of cultivating a new guiding mythology.
  • Integrate the new mythic vision into a transformative personal mythology.

The workshop will also additional healings through mediums such as Yoga, Qigong, Expressive Arts, Meditation, Sound Healing, etc. Participants will come away rejuvenated and fully synthesized with a new guiding belief system.

Getting away from my daily routine and all distractions to join the Mindful Pathways retreat in Chiba, Japan was a meaningful experience. An opportunity to re-set whilst gaining new life skills.

Being guided in the methods of listening to my inner dialogue, gaining greater understanding of the origins of long held beliefs and behaviours was an extremely beneficial process. It is challenging but ultimately very rewarding.

I learnt practical skills to reframe negative beliefs into symbols of inner strength, which I can access to help me with family relationships, professional challenges and closer, authentic friendships.”

Once again thank you for everything. You are an amazing professional with an amazing heart. With no doubts, It's why you are able to help and make impact in people's life!

I am already noticing the effects of the retreat, I really believe it's time for me to turn the page and embrace a new beginning. Not only about my history with my husband. I realize for the last few days, that my real blockage was my past of pain, my disability to accept and I have to truly forgive all the people who had hurt me and finally move forward.

Honestly I feel as i never felt: free, confident and in peace.

However, I am conscious and ready for the ups and downs that life will give to me, because life is exactly like that... but now, I am able to walk with a strength that I didn't have before. Thank you!

The workshop was a really special experience for me. I went to the workshop 2 days only, but there were many impressions.

I looked back at my notebook and had negative emotions that weren’t conscious that I could realize again. I think that is very important.

I think this experience has grown for me. And my inner shaman gave new ideas and power.

I like to meditate for some time. The meditation helps my imagination. I could feel existence of inner shaman by meditating.

I listened to the guided meditation in Japanese this time. I think that it's difficult to translate the nuances of the spiritual world. So, there were participants that did't imagine in Japanese.

But I could imagine. And, I felt kindness of translators. I believe in the soul of language [kotodama in Japanese].

I think that the inner shaman expands possibilities, so I will listen  to my inner shaman consciously.

I enjoyed this workshop very much. Thank you.
