More about this course

An 8-week foundational mindfulness training course that is evidence-based, practical and empowering. We honour a trauma-informed environment when we run courses. Hence, we ensure to create a safe and supported space for our participants to practice. Also, our in-person course is conducted at a tucked-away spot at the heart of Singapore, at a location overlooking the Kallang river.
