About Varian: Having an ongoing interest in the intertwined workings of the mind and body, Varian is decidedly enthusiastic about counseling and all things psychology-related. About Cheryl: Cheryl Kennedy MacDonald has been empowering women for over 20 years, using a unique blend of evidence-based therapies including Psychotherapy, Counselling, Mindfulness, and Somatic Movement. As a Yoga Master and Women’s Health Coach, she fully embraces a Mind-Body approach to therapy. Cheryl holds a BA Honours Degree from the University of Strathclyde and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, currently studying for a Master’s in the same at the University of Roehampton.
